BOARD

The Board of Directors of the Historical Society of the Episcopal Church oversees management of activities and assets. Election are made by an annual meeting. An Executive Committee manages regular operations. The Historical Society is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization recognized by the IRS and charitable corporation of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. A copy IRS Form 990 may be obtained by contacting the Director of Operations.
