Archives Basics for Churches is a five-part educational series designed specifically to equip congregations and dioceses within the Episcopal Church with the foundational tools needed to build, manage, and sustain a thriving historical repository. Originally presented as a live Zoom series in 2024, this course is a self-paced, fully accessible multimedia resource. Whether you are a parish historian, a church administrator, or a volunteer stepping into the archives for the very first time, this course bridges the gap between professional archival theory and the unique, practical realities of local ministry.
